ENT Doctor - Consultant or Specialist
To cover Stoke and Staffordshire
£70,000 - £90,000 per annum pro rata depending on skills and experience

Omnes Healthcare Limited in an award-winning healthcare provider that provides community-based specialist healthcare services nationally. Our services currently include Cardiology, Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), Dermatology and Ultrasound.

We are seeking a committed ENT Specialist to work 16 hours a week supporting the growing demand in our Consultant-Led Community ENT Clinic. You will be required to work predominantly across our 2 hubs in Stoke (ST2 0EU & ST2 0EU) and on occassions you may be required to work in Staffordshire (ST6 2JN).
Applicants must be able to deliver the highest standard of ENT out-patient care, covering all routine ENT conditions including the management of children, working autonomously in a community setting.

The ENT Specialist will report to the Service Manager (Operations) and in partnership with the ENT Lead is responsible for managing all aspects of the ENT service, in line with agreed aims and objectives. The ENT Specialist will contribute to optimising the patient pathway and the efficiency of the ENT service and will drive best practice in overall performance and finance.
The ENT Specialist will actively seek ways of reducing outgoings by new ways of working and motivating all the staff to deliver maximum efficiency.

Candidates must be:
• Fully registered with GMC
• Intercollegiate Speciality examination or overseas equivalent FRCS (ORL-HNS)
• Fully trained GPwSI in ENT.
