We currently have a variety of part-time, flexible hour rotas available that complement the full-time locum and permanent roles that we are currently recruiting for in Croydon.

Management Education and Training Team, to have overview and responsibility of;

• Trainee Pharmacists
• Foundation Pharmacists
• Diploma Practitioners
• Pre-registration Trainee Technicians
• Registered Technicians
• Junior Doctors Training
• Nurses Training

Education and Qualifications:

Essential criteria:
•              MPharm Degree
•              GPhC registration
•              PGDip
•              CPD

Desirable criteria:
•              MSc
•              IP
•              Clinical specialist
Knowledge and Understanding

Essential criteria:

•              Clinical Pharmacy
•              Educational theory
•              Clinical Governance
•              MDT
•              IT systems
•              Current NHS issues
•              Local and National priorities

Desirable criteria:
•              E&T services
•              Teaching and Learning Styles
•              Management skills
•              Leadership skills

Must Have Requirements:

• GPhC registration
• Previous hospital experience
• EPMA (Cerner experience)
• Ward based clinical experience
